With a stunning 4,050 square-foot foyer that can host up 300 people in a reception style layout and convenient audio-visual equipment rentals, our conference centre in Abbotsford helps take care of the details so you can focus on making your event unforgettable.

Conference Spaces

Our spacious conference centre foyer, with its wall of windows and picturesque views of the Cascades Mountain range, provides the perfect entrance for your next event. With over 4,500 square feet, the foyer can accommodate registration, pre-reception, food and beverage breaks or exhibitor tabletop displays.

Our Event Spaces

Our 6,240 square foot Pinnacle Ballroom is the perfect choice for a grand event and celebration. It is completely free of columns and elegantly lit by beautiful chandeliers. It can also be split up into four different spaces to accommodate a variety of events, meetings, and conferences.

Our 1,198 square-foot Mount Baker Room is ideal for small breakouts and dinners with floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a large fireplace that lights up the room.

Suitable for up to 16 people, our 425 square-foot Apex Boardroom is ideal for smaller meetings, celebration, or any intimate gathering. It features a cherry wood table, a built-in bar, lounge seating and 46” TV.

Whether you need a breakout room or a room to hold a meeting, our 1,020 square-foot Summit Room can accommodate up to 100 people in reception style, 70 people in banquet and 90 in a theatre style layout.

Our 988 square-foot Valley Room is suitable for up to 42 people and is perfect for a small meeting, breakout event or business luncheon. We also have a wide range of audio-visual equipment for you to choose from, as well as catering options. Just ask us!
